Rules and responsibilities when using MapBDS

Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (the "User") and MapBDS (the "Company"). By accessing or using MapBDS, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, please STOP using the service immediately.

MapBDS:
- Does NOT participate in any real estate transaction
- Does NOT verify the accuracy or legality of property information
- Does NOT provide legal, financial, or valuation advice
- Does NOT guarantee the integrity, accuracy, or safety of data
- Does NOT assume responsibility for any damages arising from service use
YOU REMAIN 100% RESPONSIBLE for the accuracy, legality, and all consequences of data you publish on MapBDS.
Acceptable Use Policy
❌ YOU MUST NOT:
- Post property information that is fraudulent or misleading to deceive customers
- Copy, steal, or use other people's data without permission
- Publish information that violates intellectual property rights or copyright
- Use MapBDS to spam, harass, or threaten others
- Attempt to hack, sabotage, or attack the MapBDS system
- Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or abuse the service
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to download data at scale
- Publish content that is discriminatory, retaliatory, or violent
✅ YOU MUST:
- Publish accurate and up-to-date property information
- Comply with all applicable laws related to real estate in your jurisdiction
- Take responsibility for all disputes arising from the data you publish
- Resolve disputes directly with customers (MapBDS does not intervene)
- Keep your account information secure and do not share passwords
- Notify MapBDS if you detect illegal activity or fake registrations
Enforcement & Consequences
Warning
MapBDS may issue warnings for minor rule violations
Temporary account suspension
MapBDS may temporarily suspend your account when violations are detected
Account & data deletion
MapBDS MAY delete your account, all properties, and related data in case of serious violations
No compensation
MapBDS IS NOT LIABLE TO COMPENSATE for any damage or loss caused by account deletion
ℹ️ We will try to notify you before taking action, but in urgent situations (for example fraud or hacking), we may act immediately without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution
MapBDS does NOT intervene
Any dispute, disagreement, or complaint between:
- Property posters and viewers
- Buyers and sellers
- Any two parties using MapBDS
...is fully independent from MapBDS. MapBDS does NOT intervene, does NOT resolve disputes, and accepts NO responsibility.
How to resolve disputes
- Direct negotiation: Contact the other party directly via phone, Zalo, Facebook, or other channels
- Mediation: Find a neutral third party to mediate (outside MapBDS)
- Legal resolution: Bring the matter to a competent court if needed
⚠️ MapBDS only intervenes when: Content violates the law or these Terms of Service (for example fraud or spam). In such cases, MapBDS may remove content or suspend accounts, but will NOT resolve disputes between the parties.
Limitations of Liability
Service provided "as is"
MapBDS is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranty
No warranty
MapBDS does NOT warrant the accuracy, safety, or availability of the service
Compensation cap
MapBDS maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (or $0 if you use the FREE plan)
No indirect damages
MapBDS is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, reputational harm, or any other indirect damages
Changes & Termination
MapBDS reserves the right to:
- Change or update the service at any time
- Adjust pricing or plan features
- Terminate the service or your account without giving a reason
- Shut down MapBDS completely if necessary
ℹ️ If MapBDS changes these Terms of Service, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you may delete your account before the changes take effect.
Other
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Entire agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and MapBDS.
Business customers
If you use MapBDS for business purposes (B2B), these terms apply in full. You must have sufficient legal authority to enter into this agreement.
